Terms of use
Last updated 24 October 2026
1. About these terms
These terms apply to the Parkie app and the service behind it. Parkie is provided by Pushtechniques OU, Sepapaja tn 6, 15551 Tallinn, Estonia (“we”, “us”). By creating an account you agree to these terms. Our privacy policy explains how we handle your data.
2. Who can use Parkie
You must be at least 16 years old. You can use Parkie as a patient, for your own day, or as a partner, such as family, a friend or a carer, following someone who has invited you. Only enter information about another person if they have agreed to it.
3. Your account
You sign in with your Google account. Keep your phone and Google account secure, because anyone who can open them can see your Parkie data. Tell us if you think someone else has used your account.
4. Reminders and estimates
Dose reminders are notifications on your phone. They can be delayed or missed, for example if notifications are turned off, the phone is in a power-saving or focus mode, or the app was removed. Don’t rely on Parkie as your only reminder for medication that matters. The estimated medication level is a simplified illustration based on what you log, not a measurement.
5. Sharing with partners
You decide who can follow you. A linked partner can see your profile, plan and logs, but cannot change them. You can remove a partner at any time in Settings. As a partner, please treat what you see with care, and don’t share it with others without the person’s permission.
6. Fair use
Please don’t:
- use Parkie in a way that breaks the law or the rights of others,
- try to access other people’s data, guess share codes or PINs, or get around our limits and security,
- overload the service or access it with bots or scrapers,
- copy, resell or reverse-engineer the app, except where the law allows it.
If an account is used this way, we may suspend or close it. Where reasonable, we will tell you first.
7. Your data
What you enter stays yours. You give us permission to store and process it only to run Parkie for you and the partners you link. You can export it as CSV, and delete it, at any time in Settings.
8. The service
Parkie is currently free. We work to keep it available and safe, but we can’t promise it will always be available or error-free. We may change features, and we may end the service. If we end it, we will tell you in good time so you can export your data.
9. Liability
We are fully liable for intent and gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health, and wherever liability cannot be limited by law (for example under product liability law). For slight negligence, we are only liable for breaching an essential obligation that makes using Parkie possible and that you can normally rely on, and then only for typical, foreseeable damage. Otherwise, to the extent the law allows, we are not liable for decisions made based on what the app shows. Section 4 and the notice at the top explain why.
10. Ending
You can stop using Parkie and delete your account at any time in Settings. Deleting your account deletes your data as described in the privacy policy.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms, for example when we add features or the law changes. We will tell you about important changes in the app in advance. If you don’t agree, you can delete your account before they take effect.
12. Law
These terms are governed by the law of Estonia. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live.
We are not obliged, and not willing, to take part in dispute resolution before a consumer arbitration board.
13. Contact
